Planning Meeting Scheduled for 11/12/2014

First planning meeting is scheduled for 7 pm at the Ritchie Brothers auction complex in North East, MD.  They have graciously allowed us to use their conference room.  Each agency interested in participating is requested to send a representative.  Meeting is expected to last 1 hour.
